Andy Perri

Executive Chef / Culinary Instructor

Andy was born in Camden, NJ and grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia (Go Birds!). Andy has been working in restaurants for over 20 years, running the gamut of roles from dishwasher to executive chef.  He attended the Italian Culinary Institute in Calabria, Italy, and Manchester Community College for culinary.

Finding FCW gave Andy the opportunity to be more than a chef who works long hours. Being a part of other people’s journeys by using his passion for food and knack for teaching others the ropes of the kitchen, it has been as rewarding a learning experience for him as for the FCW trainees.

Andy has 2 kids who you can often find in the restaurant eating and holding court, or on a stool in his home kitchen, playing sous chef.
